I am Benjamin Guillier, professional multimedia developer from Paris, France, expert in digital signage systems implementation through Flash, PHP, Java, C#.

Digital Signage

Digital Signage Systems, A.K.A narrowcasting, relies on the use of Plasma, LCD screens (the digital signs) and computer programs/networks which updates in real time the content displayed on these screens. These systems may be operated by humans, or completely automatic.

These systems are used for many different purposes :

In-store Communication

The main asset of in-store TV systems is the ability to harmonize or diversify, depending on the need, the communication on a whole corporation. Like in traditional communication networks (press, radio ...) the involvment of a space selling organisation is strategic, and dedicated computer tools makes it easier to manage the advertising process and reporting, beetween advertising agencies, advertisers and executives.

Corporate Communication

Corporate Communication where screen replaces efficiently boards and printed matter, to broadcast a common message, like canteen menu, as well as a corporate or emergency message. The system is then usually handled by the companys own communication department.

A lot of other sectors

A set of Sectors where real-time screen communication is strategic, such as transportation (delays, passengers entertaining), administrations (informations, wait in queue time), television (script display, tv show set design).

About me

My work deals with the creation of broadcasted contents as well as the implementation of editing/authoring systems : desktop and web applications, stand-alone services producing and pushing new medias on the network.

Currently engaged in a Permanent job contract I am not actively seeking a job, but I remain interested in foreign countries job-offers, especially from :

- Eastern Europe countries
- North America
